R. Brian Gomez, (“The PickleBandit”) is an educator that specializes in adult learners. He is mainly focused in the areas of blended and distance learning models. He earned his A.A. degree in Liberal Studies from Citrus Community College, B.A. in TV/Radio/Film at CSU Monterey Bay, and an M.A. in Theater Studies from San Jose State University.
In addition to his degrees, he also has completed addition coursework and graduate hours in Performance Studies and Instructional Design & Technology.
In addition to his experience in education, he also has several years of experience performing and writing in Educational Theater Outreach during the 1990s and the first two decades of the 21st Century. He also has experience writing freelance for two English-Translation Otome projects for a mobile game developer.
He is Autistic, being diagnosed at a much later age. He is a passionate gamer that includes three years of experience in video game retail sales.
His other hobbies include reading comic books, family genealogy, napping, and staring at maps.
